NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 010537 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and PAUL L. SKULITZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL L. SKULITZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STEARNS BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO COMMUNITY NATIONAL BANK OF SARASOTA BY ASSET ACQUISITION FROM THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR COMMUNITY NATIONAL BANK OF SARASOTA COUNTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14421 AND 14422, SOUTH VENICE UNIT 55, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
