NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-052734 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MONIKA KRONENBERGER A/K/A MONIKA; RICHARD L HARSH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
