NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
UNIT 104, BUILDING 11, VILLAGIO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2003257048 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST), or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 18 day of August, 2014.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
