NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014, and entered in 36-2012-CA-057194 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CHRISTINA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLEY AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF RBSHD 2013-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY ANN PATERNO; MICHAEL PATERNO A/K/A MICHAEL J. PATERNO; HAWTHORNE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A HAWTHRONE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, HAWTHORNE PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006000122125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
