Notice is hereby given that on August 20, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Karen Rushing, Clerk of the Sarasota Circuit Court will offer for sale and sell at public outcry, one by one, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Sarasota County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 1, BLOCK D, NEWTOWN HEIGHTS, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 199, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 14, 2014, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
