Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 25, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 1604, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7240 LINCOLN PARK LN, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on August 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
