NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-003807-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and JASON J. NOZICKA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON J. NOZICKA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION CORPORATION SYSTEMS, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 217, VIRGINIA CITY UNIT FIVE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 104 and 105, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
