NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-007831, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE TRUST I is the Plaintiff and WILFREDO R. CRUZADO A/K/A WILFREDO CRUZADO; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLADYS FERNANDEZ: GLADYS CRUZADO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY Y are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 4, CRESCENT PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 20, ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
