NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-004950, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA19, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- OA19 is the Plaintiff and JAMES M. EATON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES M. EATON and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF THE EAST 439.53 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
