NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2009, and entered in 2009-CA-003439 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARIA E. FERNANDEZ, DECEASED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MERITAGE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JOSE; LUIS FERNANDEZ ALMEIDA SR. LOT 16, BLOCK 1, OF TOWN N' COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
