THE SOUTH 275 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH RANGE 22 EAST; LESS THE SOUTH 150.00 FEET OF THE EAST 290.5 FEET; AND LESS THE EAST 172.0 FEET OF THE NORTH 125.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 275.0 FEET THEREOF; ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 25.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 300.0 FEET OF THE WEST 28.0 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 22, EAST.
