NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014052 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, HAM, L, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of August, 2014, the following described property:
THE SOUTH 880.00 FEET OF THE EAST 3/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 495.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE SOUTH 208.71 FEET OF THE EAST 208.71 FEET THEREOF AND ALSO LESS THE SOUTH 20.00 FEET THEREOF FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR JOE MCINTOSH ROAD.
