NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014, and entered in 09-CA-001446 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OAI TRUST is the Plaintiff and CARLOS LA PEYRE; IVONNE LA PEYRE; THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON CONDONITNUIM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FFK/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 12, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 624, BUILDING 2, OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387 AT PAGE 330, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
