Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-003812 DIV D, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, SUSAN PAYNE-ARAD A/K/A SUSAN H. PAYNE A/K/A SUSAN HOPE PAYNE-ARAD ; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; NETHANEL ARAD; ISLAND PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
