Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-013593, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE A. PIMENTEL; GLADYS PIMENTEL; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
