NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 1, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-004754-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and BELEN REYES, BENIGNO R. REYES, IMPERIAL COVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. , IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM 1 ASSOCIATION, INC. , UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, COLONIAL CONSTRUCTION, HOLT CONSTRUCTION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 9, IMPERIAL COVE CONDOMINIUM I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 48 through 52, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3149, Page 549, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
