NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2014, and entered in 52-2010-CA-011092 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE FIRST NLC TRUST 2005-4, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and WEATHERSTONE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.; HILDA L. CALDERON; FRANCO A. CALDERON A/K/A FRANCO CALDERON; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, WEATHERSTONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 96 AND 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
