NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 16, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002408 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL A. AIZPURUA N/K/A BRITTANY AIZPURUA, SAGRARIO AIZPURUA, DANIEL A. AIZPURUA, DANIEL R. AIZPURUA, SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE N/K/A DANIELLA AIZPURUA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 13 OF SUNSET POINTE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE(S) 37 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
