NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-005470-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. M & T Bank, Plaintiff and ANTHONY G BOSSONE; MARY A BOSSONE; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this August 8th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT “A” OF PALM HARBOR VILLAGE UNIT 4, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15656, PAGE 1287, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS INDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
