NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-005171-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-2, is the Plaintiff and LARRY D. KNAPP; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A REGINA O'NEAL; AND THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 15th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, PINELLAS PINES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
