NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-001094-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 8 day of August 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 5, BUILDING 14, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND , OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4962, PAGES 1581 THROUGH 1642, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 398, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
