NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2014, in the above-styled cause, the below property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 21, 2014, the following described property:

That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 200 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements and terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominiums of Springwood Villas No. 5, a condominium and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Records Book 2926, Pages 688 through 726, amended in O R Book 3021, Page 608, amended in O R Book 3082, Page 195, amended in O R Book 3199, pages 309 through 363 and amended in O R Book 5264, Page 1427, et seq., and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, pages 65 through 66, amended in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 25 and 26, amended in Condominium Plat Book 3, Pages 67 and 68, amended in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 18, and Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 84, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, a/k/a that certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 200 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Springwood Villas No. 1, a condominium and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O R Book 3199, Page 309 et seq., as amended in O R Book 5264, Pages 1427 et seq., and the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 84, et seq., all of the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
