NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-008536 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., Plaintiff and Dennis Dale Allen a/k/a Dennis D. Allen a/k/a Dennis Allen and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Debbora Jo Allen a/k/a Debbora J. Allen, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against the Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, PASADENA VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
