NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-001420-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006QS18 is the Plaintiff and Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Brenda Bianchi Co-Trustee of the Patsy Bianchi and Brenda Bianchi Joint Living Trust under Trust dated December 28, 2007; Patsy Bianchi Co-Trustee of the Patsy Bianchi and Brenda Bianchi Joint Living Trust under Trust dated December 28, 2007; Brenda Bianchi; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc.; The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Patsy Bianchi and Brenda Bianchi Joint Living Trust Under Trust dated December 29, 2007 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, ORANGE BLOSSOM RIDGE SUBDIVISION UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
