NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011850-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and LUAN KOLA; MIRANDA KOLA; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this August 14th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
