NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on March 17, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
That certain CONDOMINIUM PARCEL composed of Unit Number 090, EAST LAKE WOODLAND CYPRESS ESTATES UNIT THREE, together with an undivided interest to the common elements appurtenant thereto as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Pages 81 through 85 inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5039, Page 59 through 126, inclusive, and being re-recorded in Official Records Book 5043, Page 182 through 250, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 29TH day of August, 2014, commencing at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
