NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-010507, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH GARY CALECO A/K/A JOSEPH G. CALECO A/K/A JOSEPH CALECO; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; KAREN CALEGO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of August, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL OF LOT 24; AND THAT PART OR PORTION OF LOT 23, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 23, RUN THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY OR STREET BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF 18.34 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE RUN EASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 23, WHICH POINT IS 15.02 FEET NORTHERLY FROM THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY 15.02 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT, THENCE RUN IN A STRAIGHT LINE ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 23, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL IN NINTH ADDITION TO RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL RIPARIAN RIGHT APPERTAINING THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
