NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 20, IN BUILDING F OF MORNINGSIDE EAST III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 4919, PAGES 1671 THROUGH 1724, AS AMENDED AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. With the following street address: 2500 Harn Boulevard, #F20, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 15, 2014.
