Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated July 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 12-010969-CO-42, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NORTH LAKE OF TARPON SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DIMITRIOS TSALICKIS, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 8 in NORTH LAKE OF TARPON SPRINGS, PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 119, Pages 40 through 44, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
