YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 3, Building No. D, of Maximo Harbour, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 41, page(s) 49 through 52, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5012, page 1670 through 1733 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Steven H. Mezer, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 3913, Tampa, Florida 33601, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
