CANNON, deceased, File Number 14004176ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was April 29, 2014; that the estate consists of exempt homestead property and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
