NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 24, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-004464, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and, ROBERT CHRYSLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT CHRYSLER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 8, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, KINYON AND WOODS ADDITION TO ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1-H, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 726 GROVE STREET, SAINT PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33705
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
