NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 482012CA015548XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, national association, as trustee for the holders of the gsaa home equity trust 2005-15, is Plaintiff and james p. riddle jr.; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc. as nominee for liberty home lending inc., min #: 1001581-0000034834-8; uptown place condominium association, inc; unknown tenant no. 1; unknown tenant no. 2; and all unkinown parties claiming interest by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, are Defendants, LYDIA GARDNER, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com,11:00 A.M. on the 20th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 319 of uptown place condominium, a condominium according the declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 8032, page 138, and all amendments filed thereto, in the public records of orange county, florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
