NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 482013CA013955XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association, as trustee, in trust for sasco bc-4 trust fund is Plaintiff and andrew hanson; the bank of new york mellon f/k/a the bank of new york, as trustee for the benefit of the certificate holders of the cwheq inc., cwheq revolving homeequity loan trust, series 2007-e; orange county, florida; unknown tenant no. 1; unknown tenant no. 2; and all unkinown parties claiming interest by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, are Defendants, LYDIA GARDNER, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com,11:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
the west 20 feet of lot 11 and all of lot 12, block p, orlo vista heights addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book l, page 75, of the public records of orange county, florida.
