NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017080-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST II, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and CRAIG R SOUTH; GERALDINE A. SOUTH A/K/A GERALDINE SOUTH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HAWTHORN SUITES ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of June, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
