NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006507-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE8 is Plaintiff and MARILYN C. BIRKREM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARILYN C. BIRKREM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 1 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK C, ALBERT LEE RIDGE, THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK U, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
