NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007171-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and MARILYN BARRETO; HENRY ROGER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VILLA CAPRI AT METROWEST ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 7 day of July , 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, VILLA CAPRI AT METROWEST PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE(S) 45, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
