NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 30, 2014 and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-012049-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein SPRINGLEAF FINANCE CORPORATION, IN TRUST FOR U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR SPRINGLEAF MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2012-3, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES SERIES, 2012-3. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM H. JACKSON A/K/A WILLIAM HENRY JACKSON; CONNIE SUE TERRY A/K/A CONNIE S. TERRY; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 09/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
