NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-013430-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION, 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and ELMER E. MERO; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; GLADYS M. MERO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of June, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF LOTS 23-24, BLOCK 86, ANGEBILT, ADDITION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK J, PAGE 124 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
