Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001340 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee as Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-5, Plaintiff and Patricia J. Knox are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on June 16, 2014, the following property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 996, ROTONDA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 26A THROUGH 26Z, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
