NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 6, 2014 in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO DENNIS T. REGAN IRA, is the Plaintiff and MARIE ISERT O'NEIL, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KEVIN MICHAEL O'NEIL, DECEASED, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH L. O'NEIL, DECEASED, DAVID MICHAEL O'NEIL A/K/A DAVID O'NEIL, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KEVIN MICHAEL O'NEIL, DECEASED, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH L. O'NEIL, DECEASED, SEAN PATRICK O'NEIL A/K/A SEAN P. O'NEIL, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KEVIN MICHAEL O'NEIL, DECEASED, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH L. O'NEIL, DECEASED, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH O'NEIL, DECEASED, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on August 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
