NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2013-CA-001187 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR4 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Gabriel Rivero, Marlene Rivero, , are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 23 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 15, BLOCK 1347, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION ELEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
