NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2013-CA-001769-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and RODNEY BROWN; YOLANDA BROWN A/K/A YOLANDA G. BROWN; MDTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 249 STELLA MARIS LAND TRUST DATED THE 16TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2013; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 249 STELLA MARIS LAND TRUST DATED THE 16TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2013; SUNTRUST BANK; STELLA MARIS MASTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 23 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, OF STELLA MARIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 26 AND 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
