Bank of America,N.A., Plaintiff and GLORIA WEAVER A/K/A GLORIA J. WEAVER; JOHN L. WEAVER; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.manatee.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this July 3rd, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN MANATEE COUNTY, CITY OF BRADENTON, STATE OF FLORIDA, ID # 3508300005, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE NORTH ½ OF LOT 12, ALL OF LOT 13, AND THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 14, BLOCK A, BILTMORE GARDENS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
