NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-001745 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JAMES E. ECKES SR. A/K/A JAMES E. ECKES, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES E. ECKES SR. A/K/A JAMES E. ECKES, JAMES S. ECKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES S. ECKES; STEPHANIE ECKES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANIE ECKES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; RIVER PLANTATION HOWEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 24th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, RIVER PLANTATION PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 93-115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
