NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 22nd day of July, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit A, Building 24, PHASE II, HUNTINGTON WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium Recorded in Book 1094, Page 1895, et seq., as amended, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 38 through 42, as amended, Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
