NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2014, and entered in 2013CA007480AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1 is the Plaintiff and GERARD J. RICKER A/K/A GERARD RICKER A/K/A GERARD JOSEPH RICKER; ANGELA PROVETT-RICKER A/K/A ANGELA S. PROVETT-RICKER A/K/A ANGLEA SHEVELLE PROVETT-RICKER A/K/A ANGLEA SHEVELLE RICKER A/K/A ANGLEA S. LOT 22, OAKLEY PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42 PAGES 46 THROUGH 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
