NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009789, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GIUSEPPE AMATO, DECEASED; JOSEPHINE RIZZETTO; LORENZO AMATO; FIFETTA MANNINO; PAUL AMATO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORENZO AMATO JANE DOE N/K/A MARINA AMATO, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, VILLAGE GREEN OF BRADENTON, UNIT C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 90 AND 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
