NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-003936 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and KENNETH JACKSON A/K/A KENNETH B. JACKSON A/K/A KENNETH BARNARD JACKSON; MARISSA LYNN JACKSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A AKEEM JACKSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
