LOT 28, LOCKWOOD MEADOWS, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 26 AND 26A THROUGH 26E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 25th day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
